Personal Virtual Wallet

• In the case of partial or full payment reimbursement, you can proceed in accordance with our Money Refund policy or transfer the entire fund to Credits in your personal wallet.

• Change in order details- The Customer and our Support team may change the scope of work only if the proofreader hasn’t started the work yet. No modifications or changes can be made once the proofreader has started working on the Order.
• Resources- If the Client has specific preferences, they must provide the resources to the proofreaders. If the Client isn’t able to provide resources, the proofreader is responsible for finding and paying for them. Additional charges must be paid prior to the final solution being delivered.

Order Delivery:

• The Company is fully responsible for delivering the documents within the specified deadline.
• The Customer should provide accurate email IDs, phone numbers, and other details in order to ensure a smooth delivery of solutions. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any potential delay if the Customer provides a wrong email address and an inaccurate phone number.
• It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to download the completed solution once it has been shared by the Company.
• Please note that all the orders are delivered to your email ID through your Customer Account.
• The funds will be automatically released seven days after the deadline. It is requested you review each Order very carefully as there will be no refund once the final work is done.
